NIRMALA HOMES was founded in July 25th 1993 at Hyerabad by
Major. Natarajan Naidu (Retd.), a postgraduate in Economics with firm ideologies and a dream of establishing a construction company based on rich values. Nirmala Homes grew rapidly from strength to strength over the years earning respect and fame for quality work. Nirmala Homes strode on a remarkable path of progress achieving the position of one among the reliable companies of India resulting in opening a branch office at Madurai, Tamilnadu. Today, Nirmala Homes brand commands a healthy premium in the market place. At Nirmala Homes we believe we may not be the biggest but we try to be the best.
Major. Natarajan Naidu (Retd.), the force behind Nirmala Homes Private Limited is a much acclaimed personality hailing from the temple town of Madurai. After a distinguished 30 years of unblemished service in the army, he started Nirmala Homes as a mission to serve the defence Personnel with affordable quality construction of independent houses, Flats and Apartment complexes. The completed projects stand as proof of his Sincerity, dedication and ability to deliver a quality construction on time. His generosity has no parallel even as he has set up fountains, waiting halls, Bus stop shelters, temples and garages to the people.
Courage, Perseverance and Persistence in the face of mounting challenges have been the hallmarks of Major. Natarajan Naidu. His meteoric growth in the army was mainly due to his ability to overcome challenges. Today after a stellar effort in the army, he has vast experience to overcome any hurdle. His integrity is well known in the real estate field where he has even refused to take up projects that were not 100% straightforward.
Major. Natarajan Naidu, the founder of M/s. Nirmala Homes Private Limited has played different roles as Sportsman, Defence officer, Builder and as a person interested in the upliftment of society. Whatever may be the role, he has played it very successfully.
Nirmala Homes established with an objective of providing Quality Residential Accomodation has carved a niche in the field of Quality Construction because of the commitment to deliver what is promised. Major. Naidu accords top priority to the values of life.
With hard work and dedication, He has converted the village Yapral, a very backward area in to a Defence Service Officers Colony. His Latest Venture is "Meghadri Heights", a Housing colony, a first of this kind in Yapral.
NIRMALA HOMES:
The very first venture was Godavari Niwas, near Ammuguda Railway station, at Vivekanandapuram. Basically this became a learning platform for the construction Business. Immediately, the Second venture at Gummadi Venkata Reddy Colony, opposite Rythu Bazar, Alwal was undertaken. The Foundation, which was laid during the construction of Godavari Apartments, had really helped in economising the effort, Quality and design. This helped in the total stability of the company. The company picked up speed at this stage and two ventures with the title Thungabadhra Apartments Phase - I and Phase - II had been planned and executed in Saptagiri Colony, Near Neredmet cross roads. By then the company has stabilised itself and spent 5 years in the market.
After the completion of Thungabhadra Apartments Phase - II, the company stepped into the field of independent houses. At Yapral, PEDSO Phase - I, four Independent Houses were constructed and handed over to serving army officers.
While construction of the Independent houses is in progress the company took up Real Estate and purchased land, developed the same as Plots and sold them off. The value of the land has since escalated by three times.
After the full development of the real estate project the company took up again construction of residential complexes with only three floors. Like this, Swarnamukhi and Gautami Niwas were constructed and handed over to customers.
Presently, the following are the ongoing projects:
1. Sabari Niwas at PEDSO Phase - II, Yapral
2. Manjeera Niwas, Yapral
3. Krishna Kaveri Niwas, Shakthi Nagar, Asha Officers Colony,
R.K.Puram.
In addition to this, a mega project with the title, "MEGHADRI HEIGHTS" has been planned with all the civic amenities including a children swimming pool, park, shopping arcade, bank, community hall and other add on facilities in an area of 2 Acres 13 Guntas. Sanction from HUDA has already been obtained and other aspects of interior design are being worked out.
Another grand Housing project namely, DHARMA SASTHA VIHAR is already under construction in the temple town of Madurai.
